The website www.fleezy.io (hereinafter "the Site") was developed by Fleezy, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), publisher of business management software (hereinafter "the User").
Users may be required to submit personal data (hereinafter "Data") by filling in fields on the Site when submitting a contact request, registering for a personalised demo, or joining a webinar.
"you", "your", "User" or "Visitor" means any individual who accesses the Site and uses the Service governed by this privacy policy.
Fleezy attaches the utmost importance to the confidentiality of your information and personal data.
For this reason, this privacy policy has been established in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. It aims to inform all persons concerned — in particular Users — clearly and comprehensively about how Fleezy, acting as data controller, collects and uses data relating to them, and about the means available to them to control such use and exercise their related rights. It explains what personal data is processed by the Site, how it is processed, by whom, and for what purposes.
This Privacy Policy applies to anyone accessing the Site. The content and data of our Service are also available to users who simply browse without registering ("Visitors").
To use our Services, you must be at least 16 years old; if this is not the case, you are not authorised to use our Services.
The Site is hosted exclusively on OVH data centres located in France.

1. What personal data is collected?
The personal data collected via the Site is as follows:
- Identification data: when a User submits a contact request, Fleezy collects their first name, last name, email address, phone number, and company name.
- Browsing data: information about the devices used to access the Site, IP address, connection data, browser types, and content accessed.
- Cookies: electronic identification data. Cookies are used when browsing the Site. Users may choose whether to allow cookies while navigating the Site. If you block or refuse cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function, certain features may not work properly.
2. Use of personal data: why is it collected?
Personal data collected from Users is intended to enable them to get in touch with Fleezy and to improve and maintain a secure environment for the Site.
In particular, the uses are as follows:
- Access to and use of the Site by the User: your data is necessary to manage your contact request and provide personalised follow-up,
- Managing and optimising the Site: your data is used for analytical purposes; we retain and evaluate information about your recent visits to the Site and the way you browse in order to understand how visitors use the Site, make it more intuitive, and optimise its performance,
- Verification, identification, and authentication of data submitted by the User,
- Personalisation of the Service by displaying promotions based on the User’s browsing history and preferences: we retain the history of articles on our Site you have clicked on and will use this information to personalise the display of the Site according to your interests,
- Prevention and detection of fraud, malware, and management of security incidents,
- Management of any disputes between the parties,
- Sending commercial and advertising information where the User has consented, and
- Automated profiling of Users for the purpose of market research to improve the management of the Site (opt-in checkbox).
3. Sharing personal data with Fleezy’s sub-processors and third parties: who has access to your personal data?
Your data remains for the exclusive use of Fleezy. It may only be disclosed to the recipients listed below, to the extent that the transfer of such data is essential to achieve the purposes set out in section 2 above.
Users’ personal data may be shared with Fleezy’s sub-processors and third-party companies in the context of hosting and maintaining the client database(s).
These service providers have limited access to the data in the context of performing these services and are contractually obliged to use it in compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
- If required by law, Fleezy may transfer data to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, court orders, subpoenas, legal proceedings, or administrative and judicial procedures,
- If Fleezy is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or insolvency proceedings, it may be required to transfer or share all or part of its assets, including personal data. In such cases, Users would be informed before personal data is transferred to a third party.
4. Retention period
In accordance with the law, personal data relating to you is retained only for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes mentioned above, or to enable Fleezy to meet its legal obligations.
Data collected when you submit a contact request is retained for as long as necessary to process it.
Personal data used for commercial prospecting purposes may be retained for a maximum of three (3) years from the end of the business relationship.
5. Transfer of personal data abroad
Fleezy informs Users that no transfer of personal data outside the EU currently takes place. Data processed is hosted in France or within the European Economic Area.
In any event, Fleezy undertakes to comply with legal provisions regarding cross-border transfers of personal data: any transfer of data outside the EU will be based on an adequacy decision, governed by standard contractual data protection clauses, or governed by ad hoc contractual clauses previously authorised by the CNIL.
6. Security and confidentiality
Fleezy implements organisational, technical, software, and physical digital security measures to protect personal data against alteration, destruction, and unauthorised access. However, please note that the internet is not a completely secure environment and no technology is 100% reliable; the Site cannot guarantee the security of transmission or storage of information over the internet.
All our employees and service providers are required to respect the security and protection of your data.
7. Exercising Users’ rights
Under applicable personal data regulations, Users have the following rights:
- You may request information about how Fleezy uses your personal data.
- You may update or delete data relating to you by writing to: contact@fleezy.io.
- You may exercise your right of access to your personal data by writing to: contact@fleezy.io. In this case, before implementing this right, Fleezy may request proof of the User’s identity in order to verify its accuracy,
- If personal data held by Fleezy is inaccurate, you may request that it be updated by writing to: contact@fleezy.io,
- Users may request the deletion of their personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, by writing to: contact@fleezy.io,
- You may also withdraw your consent to receive direct marketing messages and object to the processing of your data.
8. Changes to this privacy policy
Fleezy reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. If a change is made, Fleezy undertakes to publish the new version on its Site. Fleezy will also notify Users of the change by email, at least fifteen (15) days before it takes effect. If the User does not agree with the terms of the revised Privacy Policy, they may request that Fleezy delete their personal data.

10. Cookie policy
Cookies are used to facilitate navigation on websites and to streamline registration or audience measurement procedures. Fleezy informs Users that cookies record certain information stored in the memory of the User’s device. We use tracking technologies, including cookies, to tailor advertising to your needs and interests on our Sites.
When browsing the Site, an explanatory banner about the use of cookies will appear. Users will have the option to accept or refuse the use of cookies.
Managing your consent
Consent to cookies and trackers is collected and managed through the open source solution tarteaucitron.js. No non-essential tracker is set before the User’s explicit consent. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and each purpose can be accepted or refused individually. Users can change or withdraw their choices at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
The trackers that may be set on the Site are the following:
- tarteaucitron — a strictly necessary cookie storing your consent choices (essential, exempt from consent).
- Google Analytics 4 — audience measurement with IP anonymisation (
